[Bug-gsl] gsl_spline bug again

Hello,

Sorry, I made a mistake in a previous report.
The derivatives had not been scaled up
by (180/PI) and (180/PI)^2.  I suppose
those parts should be correct.

Also FYI, I was working with GSL 1.4 and I
am working on a GNU/Linux PC with gcc 3.2.3.
