If you want to volunteer your time, i suggest you'd better spend it
fixing the actual tasks rather than maintaining a fairly useful list.
what could be useful, though, is a list with pointers to task lists like
<hurd>/TODO and such, that doesn't need maintaining and is helpful for
people who just come and ask "how can i help?" (we have lots of these).
