He meant Debian GNU/Hurd, which passes --seed-file
/var/spool/random-seed. But that was probably an oversight from me, and
Debian GNU/Hurd should probably pass /var/lib/urandom/random-seed like
/etc/init.d/urandom expects. (I'm not sure whether /etc/init.d/urandom
actually works though).
I don't really have an opinion on what upstream GNU/Hurd should use.
