InetUtils doesn't use the gnulib readline module, since gnulib's module
is only appropriate when you _only_ use the readline function but we
also use the add_history function.  We do use the same m4 macro though,
since it has some tricks in it to find libreadline better, as you
noticed.

You should only have one readline.m4 in your build tree, am/readline.m4.
