[Bug-librejs] LibreJS 4.9.2 breaks encoding when enabled

I have icecat 17 from launchpad PPA for ubuntu 12.04, where librejs is
included to package. The problem is known to appear on www.youtube.com
russian variant and forum.ubuntu.ru (mostly some russian sites... these
two are in my librejs whitelist to allow video vieweing on tube and
working spoilers on forum). Also as for these two places - problem
began after i added them to white list and visited, and doesn't
disappear even when i remove them from white list.

I could not understand for long time, what is trouble source, and used
firefox for tube, and only now tried to disable librejs again, then was
surprised.

For example, on start page of forum.ubuntu.ru:
'Форум русскоязычного сообщества Ubuntu'
...appears as...
'$>@C< @CAA:>O7KG=>3> A>>1I5AB20 Ubuntu'
