Initially someone had made a report about this site not being encoded
properly (whitelisted or not):
http://opennet.ru/

I have fixed the encoding in normal mode, but didn't make the same fix
for when it is whitelisted. 

The other site you sent (pokazuha) seems to have another issue
with one of the subscripts being tested by LibreJS and an encoding issue
which throws an uncaught error in LibreJS. The good news is someone made
a report for a similar bug but in an english page.

I will be pushing fixes for this around the end of January.
