Can you install the debuginfo RPM as well, and do

  gdb lilypond
  run  (in GDB)

and send us the resulting backtrace?

We have had reports  that AMD64 isn't working correctly, but we
haven't found the perpetrator yet.

they should be installed when you did

  make install

probably somewhere in /usr/local/bin.
