RE: Lilypond 2.7.28 for Windows 98 does not work

Hi, I would like to report that Lilypond 2.7.29 installed in Windows 98 does 
not produce pdf file, only the PostScript and text file are produced. The 
text file generated following error message:

Again, as in 2.7.28, there was no window indicating the execution of 
Lilypond.
