This is a great improvement, Carl; thanks you!  My only quibble is that the  
emphasis on
the "mi" notehead is backwards from that in the Sacred Harp.  SH has strong  
lower left
and upper right diagonals; the note-head-solfa.pdf version has strong lower  
right and
upper left diagonals.
