Thanks for a.ly -- using the slightly modified aa.ly, the wrapping bug is
fixed in dd213ae

Note that you need midiChannelMapping = #'staff for this; using the default
instrument mapping does not allow for using more than 16 instruments.

Also note that, with 2.12 as well as with this version, you can still hear
all the instruments being changed.  There may be a long standing bug/missing
functionality wrt midiVolume settings.
