Yes, and it's also been patched by Julien, with
d30221fa73101baffcb05ec49ec04d366a471824
for example.

Now, maybe something slipped through the cracks; maybe the Mageia
guy forgot to run ./autogen.sh after updating his git, maybe etc.
But Julien is more familiar with this part of our build system
than anybody else right now, so I'm putting my bet towards his
questions being the best way of figuring out what's happening.
