New issue 2146 by address@hidden: Error: Illegal entry in bfrange block in ToUnicode CMap
http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=2146

The error in the title occurs when trying to create LilyPond documentation that contains a variety of special characters, and the characters aren't created. This is widespread throughout the documentation build, and is an error generated by pdf2texi.

The set of files attached provides a fairly minimal test suite. Running pdf2texi on BFRangeTesttest.texi produces (on my Ubuntu boxes) 5 lines with the error and a PDF file (as attached) without the No and N characters, which are present in the included PDF file.

This appears to be a bug with pdf2texi, but it affects LP, so raising an issue here so that anyone with experience of debugging pdf2texi can assist.
