When parted tries to rescue a partition, what range will it search through on
the disk for the beginning/end of a parition?
I have a disk with 3 partitions and an empty partition table. The partitions
were all deleted with fdisk, and I only know the size of the first partition.
I used the rescue function to recover the first partition, but I don't
remember the size of the other partitions. So I know where the 2nd starts,
but not where it ends.
I can guess until it finds the correct position for the end of the partition.
Unless I know the search range though, I may increment past the end of my
partition, or waste too much time going in small increments..
If anyone knows, I'd appreciate it a lot =)
