Sorry for the spam, do you have a devel list?
I'm using texinfo-4.0h. I understand 4.0h is still a prerelease...
what is the versioning scheme?
Is the title set by @settitle supposed to be displayed in H1 tags in
html output? It is not in the plain text output.
The users guide say @settitle set a title to be used in headings of
footers in a printed manual, and talks only about tex.
