It's not for oe, but for Oslash. The AE of AEsope is AElig, 00C6, OE of
OEdipe is 0152 (OElig), and I agree with the transliteration to OE.

It is for Aring, A with a ring above, so I don't see why there should be
another A when transliterating. It goes against all the other examples.
