In fact, the "Getting Started" link is even worse, it is an internal
link and yet it is broken (it references
http://www.gnu.org/software/texinfo/manual/texinfo/info.html#Top which
does not exist, the doc was renamed texinfo.html but the referential
integrity was broken). I am astonished that such a basic step in
enforcing document integrity is missing or broken.
