Shouldn't the standalone Info reader behave the same in this regard as
Emacs Info?  For me, in Emacs Info scroll-down does not jump to the next
page (as SPC does).

Of course, it would be excellent to have this behavior available as an
option, but my gut feeling is that we should make the default Emacs Info
and standalone Info behave as similarly as possible.  (Maybe it already
is an option in Emacs Info, I haven't checked).

Personally, I find the fact that the arrow keys stop at node boundaries
to be useful.

Perhaps one of you would like to write bug-emacs and get their reaction.
