Output looks different in PDF / HTML

Good Morning,

 

The generated output of the following source sequence looks different  for html and pdf output.

For html view I use Firefox as well as Internet Explorer. For generating pdf  I use  texi2pdf

on linux suse and for html generating I use makeinfo –html also on linux suse.

Do I have to make a change in my source? Or is this a bug?!
