So is the patch good to go in?

I don't expect stand-alone Info to support bidi reordering of R2L
scripts.  We could use fribidi for producing reordered text, but that
would still leave the issues of layout (starting text at the right
boundary of the window), cursor motion, turning on and off of
attributes like standout and color, etc.  It's a formidable project.
(Not that I won't welcome it.)  For now, people who need that will
have to use Emacs's Info reader, where all of this is already
supported.

(Btw, the 'coding:' variable's value should be in lower case:
"cp1255", otherwise Emacs doesn't recognize it.)
