I tried to reproduce with the latest master, but I could not.  I am not
very sure I understand how to reproduce the issue, that being said, I
tried to put code below "/texi2any.pl  --html -o - -", then hit
control-D to have it feed to texi2any.

I do not think that the code related to that part has changed recently,
so it should be an issue with many version.
