[cameleon-dev] Last word concerning IoXML licence file

Hello,

Well i receive the message about the bug closure, but my idea was that
ioxml LICENCE && README should be moved ../LICENCE.ioxml and
../README.ioxml ( and all others file which are not source ). It is only
a matter of personnal taste. Because all LICENCE and README file are at
the root of a package, nobody will go and see in subdirectory. I just
find it is more fair to the original upstream of ioxml. 

Concerning the findlib migration, i am nearby finish ( or i think so ).
There is still little annoying apps which needs more care... I'll see.
