Wiki update

Hi all,

Two small changes to the wiki
(http://developer.classpath.org/mediation/):

- It is now possible to delete pages.
  They will be backed up and are visible in the Get Info history).
- You need to login to edit/create/delete pages.
  Just go to http://developer.classpath.org/mediation/UserPreferences
  to create some WikiWiki name. (Note that the email address is
  optional, but very useful to subscribe to changes or to get your old
  password.)
