Even though we still need a volunteer to implement the rest of
javax.imageio.spi, it is still a cool accomplishment and a very useful
addition to Classpath. Thanks! The gnu.classpath.ServiceFactory should
be mentioned in the NEWS file and the Hacking documentation. Let me know
if you can write a little blurb about it or if you want me to do it.
