[cplay-dev] MP3Info.py Support

I've attached a diff (for cplay 1.50pre7) for anyone that wants to  
use MP3Info.py instead of ID3.py. To my knowledge, ID3.py only  
supports ID3v1, whereas MP3Info.py supports both ID3v1 and ID3v2.

Scrolling through a heavily populated playlist in metadata view while  
playing a song -can- be a bit rough though. Suggestions for  
optimization are welcome.
