"Ambiguous" is not correct for this case. "MySQL Community Edition"
and "MySQL Enterprise Edition" do state the difference clearly;
neither name is ambiguous.

The similarity of the names can lead to confusion, in that people
may forget about the difference and confuse the two versions.
But "confusable" and "ambiguous" are not synonymous.

We should not use the word "ambiguous" to describe this sort of case.

Right.

And "MySQL Enterprise Edition" won't be listed in the FSD at all,
except the way proprietary programs are listed -- to recommend
free substitutes for them.

The only other thing we need, for a case like this, is to add text such as

    Watch out -- some other programs named "MySQL" are nonfree.
    Before you use a program named "MySQL something", check carefully.
