[Discuss-gnuradio] APCO 25

There seems to be a fair number of amateurs interested in using APCO25 (the
heir-apparent to FM voice for police/fire/public
safety/taxicabs/garbagemen/etc.), who are only held back by the expensive radios
(~$1k on ebay, $5k new) and repeaters (~$20k).

APCO 25 would not be that difficult to do in software, using a cheap soundcard
as an ADC/DAC.  You could use cheap RF hardware which most hams already have.

We have all the specs for APCO25.  Is there anyone interested in trying this
with GNURadio?  It would be a nice way to get introduced to programming with it,
and shouldn't be that hard.
