Further to my problems with FM reception, I've just been
looking through the standards for broadcast FM in Australia
and the US. Most characteristics of the signal are identical,
but I noted that in the US a 75uS pre-emphasis/ de-emphasis is
used, whereas in Australia we use a 50uS pre-emphasis/de-emphasis

I freely admit to know a very minimal amout about FM and how
it works, so I I was wondering if anyone could tell me what
effect this would have on my reception, and also what I have
to change in the code to adapt it to the Australian method
