Everyone's mileage may vary, but I've experienced no (major) problems with Fedora 7, and none relating to the GNU Radio.

Watch out for the 64-bit version, the numeric package for Python doesn't play well with GNU radio (causes problems with usrp_fft.py among others).  I've noticed that the same error pops up for numerous people using many different applications that rely on that module.

I used FC7 since the day of and prior to it's release. I've had a
number of issues, but none of them regarding GNU Radio.
