Thank you very much, Eric!

I konw it is the USB issue, and I am really a greenhand in this area. I have learned how to change PID/VID via EEPROM and how to burn program in it now.

And my question is which source code is the content of the EEPROM in gnuradio, that I can burn it in? it should be a data file in the package, right?

Thank you again!

Your questions reveal that you don't know have much of an
understanding of USB.  If you hope to create a USB based device,
you should probably spend some time studying the USB 2.0 specs.
