I'm looking into updating some of my interferometer code to work with newer hardware, like DBS_RX2, which will have unpredictable 
  phase offsets between LOs.
I played with the fractional interpolator a little while ago, to use for phase-correcting one half of the interferometer. Is there a better 
  method to use?
