BTW Gnuradio is installed, and is running fine with gqrx.

This is an indication that the PYTHONPATH is not set correctly as Python is not able to find GNU Radio's installed modules.

The gqrx app is C++ and could still find the GNU Radio native C++ libraries and work normally even with the above.
