A couple of days ago I ran ./pybombs update and it failed complaining of a problem with uhd. 
I fixed it by reinstalling pybombs (which is the nuclear option but it worked).

In fact, now I just noticed that pybombs/src/uhd is missing now.  Why
would that get deleted by doing an update?
