Hi Kevin,

the flowgraph is supposed to decode the downlink. Your sample file
name suggests it contains samples encoded for the uplink.
The messages you see should be part of the initial setup. So some of
those parameters may change when the flowgraph decodes the true value
and sends messages to other blocks.
Besides I don't know what is going on here. Where did you get your
samples?
