As this is a relatively new option, it only works with the very latest PyBOMBS. Follow Martin's general advice of getting the newest version of it.

Why does this command not work by the way - I found a bug in the documentation.

pybombs prefix init /path/to/prefix -a myprefix -R gnuradio-default

There is no -R option.
