GSoC21: View-Only Mode Proposal Draft

Hello everyone in the GNU Radio community!

I am a master's level computer science student at KTH (Stockholm, Sweden) applying for the Google Summer of Code project regarding a View-Only Mode in the GRC. Which would disable the automatic execution of expressions for untrusted flowgraphs for security purposes.

I would appreciate if you could take a look at my proposal draft and give me some feedback.
