Hi Wayne,
The code will work on a RPi 3, but will drop many (most?) samples if
sampling above about 3 MHz. Pi 4 and 400 can gather 8 MHz I+Q samples
without drops (except for PlutoSDR, which drops samples above about 4 MHz).
Hopefully the installation guide explains installation. Several people
have successfully followed previous versions.
1) “Etch” to the sdcard,
2) figure out your router ip address,
3) update the file in /boot/dhcpcd.conf for your router IP
4) Install in the Raspberry PI,
5) VNC into the Pi, no monitor or keyboard needed.
