Yep, the CVS version of GNUstep :)

GNUMail.app requires this. There's documentation on gnustep.net on how to 
install the CVS version of GNUstep (I think). If you have any problem, 
feel free to email me privately.

Also, you can get a look at Affiche's source code - it's very easy to 
understand.
