Instant Messenger Application ?

 Does anyone work on an instant messenger of GNUstep ?
 That's the last piece I need so that I can use Linux/FreeBSD
 as my major desktop without gnome and kde.
 If someone already work on one,
 I would like to add the support of MSN messenger protocol.

 I check the Fire and imservices,
 (http://fire.sourceforge.net/)
 (http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/imservices/)
 but feel it is hard to port them to GNUstep without a mac on hand.
 If there is already a working one,
 it would be easy by just adding a new IM protocol.
