RE: Getting started developing software on MS Windows

I tried sourcing with GNUstep/System/Makefiles/GNUstep.sh but without
result. I also checked that gnustep-base.dll (and objc.dll) were present
in GNUstep/System/Tools.

Probably you need to source the GNUstep.sh file to set things up so  
that it finds the GNUstep-base DLL.
ie '. C:/GNUstep/System/Library/Makefiles/GNUstep.sh'
