Actually, it doesn't make much sense to start up the GSpell service from your 
startup script. The service will write the available languages to an Info.plist 
file in your ~/GNUstep/Library directory when it starts. It's just that the 
default installation in the system wide Library directory will just include 
AmericanEnglish as the only language. So you have to connect to it once with 
the language set to AmericanEnglish. From the on you should be able to connect 
with any supported language.
