Your windows are borderless because you do not have a window manager 
running. X11 does not provide any window management, so you need to run 
apple's quartz-wm window manager. Open up a terminal and type quartz-wm 
to have it run. I added it to the X11 Applications menu for easy 
access. You can also add the quartz-wm command to your .xinitrc file in 
your home directory to make it start up automatically with X11.
