Everybody has a chance to simply ignore contributions to this list, on
his own. A moderation IMO only is recommended in case of a considerable
amount of spam or other contraproductive mail.

Just like everybody else, you also can contribute to a reduction of the
bandwith yourself, by limiting your quotes to the essential parts of the
referenced messages.
