Just putting my little bit in about -O2

That was needed before we fixed a problem GCC had
when inlining some stuff on some platforms.

And remember to "export LIBTOOL=glibtool" if you
are using fink ... to avoid running into the apple
libtool and to use the GNU libtool itself.
