Right.. that's the cost to have fossil, it uses a bit of javascript.
However, this can be sort out if you have fossil installed locally.
You can download not only the source code, you get the entire website,
tickets, commits..

I don't know if with chiselapp you can set up a mirror.  We will figure
out.
