 dumping emacs.

 support Xaw3D scroll Bars.

 

 wat build

 $ configure

 $ make bootstrap (for SHEAP_ADJUSTMENT reset 0. error stop dump time)

 $ make bootstrap (for SHEAP_ADJUSTMENT adjustment. error stop dump time)

 $ make bootstrap (for byte-compile emacs-lisp .etc. adjustment static heap new size. error stop dump time)

 $ make (build emacs.exe. not make bootstrap)

 $ make install
