I know about Outlook and Exchange.  If I saw in OP's headers that one
of these beasts was used, I'd shut up (even though the latest
development has import features mentioned by Glenn).  But what I saw
in the headers was Mozilla, so I doubt that Outlook and Exchange are
involved here.
