You don't need to add your name here, but if the patch is accepted you'll
need a ChangLog entry.

AFAICS this file and python.el appear to currently be unmaintained, so perhaps,
(after the release?) you would like to become the maintainer of these files.
It's just a thought on my part, Richard Stallman will make any decision.
