I wish you'd stop beating this strawman. We are not talking about
Emacs trusting a file. We are talking about letting the _user_ make
an informed decision what he considers ok to do with the file. When
the user tells Emacs "open this JPEG file", and Emacs would not open
it as a JPEG file, it should tell the user that it is going to attempt
something different.
