But then, cedet is not added to lisp/subdirs.el, with predictable consequences:
Checking c:/emacs/lisp/cedet/ede...
Compiling c:/emacs/lisp/cedet/ede/cpp-root.el...
In toplevel form:
cedet/ede/cpp-root.el:158:1:Error: Cannot open load file: ede
BTW, a problem of the current WINS_* setup is that bootstrap-clean
does not delete the .elc files in cedet/*/*.
