NOTE: These binaries are built from the trunk, which has been reopened for 
development after the release branch for Emacs 24.1 was cut.

NOTE2: Since this revision of Emacs the Windows binaries will be built with 
libxml2 support. See README.W32 for details on how to obtain the necessary 
library binaries.
